Gartner Project and Portfolio Management Summit

This year's theme—PPM Steady IT Effectiveness In Unsteady Times—Strong project, program and portfolio management is emerging as a key element in sustaining IT's contribution during a period of US economic slowdown and world financial markets' uncertainty. PPM helps IT sharpen investment prioritization for both new and continuing project and programs.

Its disciplines help optimize resource allocation and strategically align project and application portfolio spending, via PMO engagement and co-ordination with architectural goals, in both the private and public sectors.

Fujitsu will be hosting a Boardroom session involving 20-25 IT Executives in a Survivor-type game that will feature our PPM solution.
